For more than two decades, I have been at the intersection of hospitality, leadership, and transformation building high-performing teams, scaling complex operations, and creating exceptional guest experiences across international markets.
My journey has taken me from Formula 1 Grand Prix hospitality environments and collaborations with Michelin-starred chefs to leading large-scale restaurant ecosystems serving millions of guests. As a founding leader of Migros One Kitchen, I helped transform a zero-base operation into one of Turkey's most ambitious cloud kitchen networks, scaling teams, systems, and customer reach at unprecedented speed.
Throughout my career, I have led luxury dining operations, multi-unit restaurant portfolios, hotel food & beverage businesses, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Whether designing scalable operating models, developing new concepts, or elevating guest experiences, my focus has always remained the same: combining operational excellence with genuine hospitality.
Today, I continue to advise hospitality ventures, contribute industry thought leadership, and support organizations in building sustainable growth through innovation, strategic clarity, and people-centered leadership.
